Working in a movie can be quite overwhelming for the stars as long hours on the sets often get very frustrating. Amidst all the chaos, it’s very natural for celebrities to not get along with their co-stars while filming a movie. Pierce Brosnan went through something similar.
Tomorrow Never Dies(1997) was the eighteenth film in theJames Bondseries. Known for its action-packed sequences, the movie performed fairly well at the global box office. Pierce Brosnan, who played James Bond in the movie, once revealed that he was extremely rude to his co-star, Teri Hatcher, on the sets for various reasons.
Pierce Brosnan was rude to Teri Hatcher
Actress Teri Hatcher didn’t have a major role inTomorrow Never Dies(1997). She played the supporting role of Paris Carver, who was James Bond’s ex-lover. In 2005, actorPierce Brosnan, who played James Bond in the movie, explained why he hated working with Hatcher in the movie,
“I got very upset with her on the set. She was always keeping me waiting for hours. I must admit I let slip a few words which weren’t very nice.”
Hatcher reportedly kept everyone waiting and showed up quite late on the set. However, she had a very valid reason.

Teri Hatcher was pregnant at the time
It was later revealed that Teri Hatcher was suffering from morning sickness as she was pregnant at the time. When Brosnan discovered that, he said,
“Then it came out one morning that Teri was pregnant and she hadn’t been feeling very well – still these things happen.”
It seemed like the actor wasn’t feeling very remorseful about what he said to her but he admitted his mistake. Hatcher welcomed her daughter, Emerson Tenney, on July 21, 2025.

Pierce Brosnan was upset when he left the franchise

The actor earned over $40 million from the role, so it makes sense why it was like “torture” for him when he was removed from the franchise.
