Using daggers grants a sneak damage multiplier of x8, the highest in the game. Their quick attack speed can overwhelm an enemy’s block and efficiently train the Blade skill. Here are the five best daggers to add to your arsenal inOblivion Remastered.

Top 5 Daggers in Oblivion Remastered
5) Silver Dagger
The Silver Dagger is a practical weapon for quickly taking down ghosts and wraiths in the early game before you acquire enchanted weapons. Since it is very lightweight, carrying it for a specific purpose does not significantly burden your inventory.
4) Sufferthorn
*Enchantment charge and base value vary based on player level.
Sufferthorn is an excellent dagger for use against melee opponents, as it quickly drains both health and strength with each strike. Its large charge reserve ensures you won’t run out of enchanted damage too quickly. Complete the “Accidents Happen” Dark Brotherhood quest to receive this dagger as a reward.
3) Daedric Dagger
The Daedric Dagger delivers the highest base damage among non-unique, unenchanted daggers. It can be enhanced with enchantments tailored to your build. This dagger is found in loot after level 20, carried by Conjurers and Zealots (Shivering Isles), and one can be located at the Doomstone in the Nibenay Basin.
2) Crimson Eviscerator
Note: All values except the types of enchantment vary based on player level.
The Crimson Eviscerator carries multiple powerful enchantments and can be used to apply effects before switching to your primary weapon. It is found in the Unusual Box on top of the Shrine of Sithis at the southernmost point of the map, near Deepscorn Hollow. Although you’re able to obtain it at level 1, its damage will scale to match your level.

1) Mehrunes Razor
Mehrunes Razor is the only weapon with the Daedric Banishing enchantment, which instantly kills any opponent except for creatures. The chance of triggering Daedric Banishing scales with the Luck attribute, ranging from 2% to 11% per hit. The Disintegrate Armor effect is particularly useful against heavily armored enemies, compensating for one of the dagger’s typical weaknesses.
To obtain Mehrunes Razor, begin the “Unearthing Mehrunes Razor” quest by traveling to Sundercliff Village. Enter Frathen Drothan’s cabin and read his journal. The dagger is located at the end of the Varsa Baalim Ayleid ruin.
