One of the primary features of the house was the Rocky Balboa statue which he wanted to keep but Adele especially wanted that piece of art. She claimed that the house would not feel like home without the statue. Moreover, according to Adele, if she did not get to keep the statue, the deal would have been annulled.
Sylvester Stalloneshared that he is very keen to know the final game plan of the singer and what she aims to do with the statue. Although he very much likes the idea of her renovating the whole mansion as she is making it more gorgeous. Nevertheless, although he is a bit sad about the statue as it was a memoir of hisRockyfranchise, he is pretty satisfied with the agreement.
