Characters like Gojo Satoru, Toji Fushiguro, and Kento Nanami have become fan favorites in a short period and have helped the series achieve success in almost every format that it steps into.
As the latest episodes have started airing, all-new cast members joinJujutsu Kaisenfor their dubbing in both Japanese and English, and one of these additions making international headlines. After getting Mariya Ise to voice Young Gojo for the Japanese version, the series has now cast Cristina Vee for the dubbed version. The most interesting thing is both of them have voiced Killua inHunter x Hunter.

Cristina Danielle Valenzuela, better known as Cristina Vee, is an American voice actress and voice director. They provide voices for English dubs of anime, animation, and video games. Vee’s roles include Louise inThe Familiar of Zero, Nanoha Takamachi in theMagical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series, Mio Akiyama inK-On!, Noel Vermillion inBlazBlue Alter Memory, Nagisa Sait inSquid Girl, and Homura Akemi inPuella Magi. Madoka Magica, Compa and Croire inHyperdimension Neptunia, Rei Hino / Sailor Mars in the Viz Media dub ofSailor Moon, the Honoka sisters inKnights of Sidonia, Hawk fromThe Seven Deadly Sins, Thoma inThe Promised Neverland, Meiko Mochizuki inDigimon Adventure, Killua Zoldyck inHunter x Hunter, and many more.
Vee has worked with a very large number of anime and video game series and is quite popular among the US anime industry. And now Cristina Vee notified fans thatJujutsu Kaisenseason two would be their return to anime. The seasoned actress revealed that they had been asked to lend their voices to Young Gojo Satoru in the dubbed version.

Cristina Vee is not the only Hunter x Hunter member whom theJujutsu Kaisenteam cast for their second season. Mariya Ise, best known for her role as Killua in Hunter x Hunter, was previously cast inJujutsu Kaisenseason two to play Kid Gojo. This week’s episode included a flashback scene in which fans met Gojo as a newborn. The flashback lasted until Gojo was a child, and Ise was able to capture a fantastic performance for the sorcerer. Ise has previously voiced Ray inThe Promised Neverlandand Levy inFairy Tail.
This casting makes a lot of sense as many fans have pointed out the uncanny similarities between Gojo Satoru and Killua.
