Accordingly, heading into the big night, not many expected to see the pair’s name in the same headlines for any collaboration. By the end of the 2016 Academy Awards, not only did Cavill and Evans make headlines aplenty but their interaction also became meme material.

To be fair to Cavill, his literal attack on cookies was understandable, as dishes at the Oscars ceremony are usually served after the red carpet, countless interviews, and then the hours-long main award event itself.
Such a situation forces even our formidable onscreen superheroes to turn to anything they can get their hands on to eat. The only thing missing from that amusing moment was Superman not offering Captain America some cookies.

Fortunately for hungry celebrities in the ceremony, Rock and his daughters came to their rescue in 2016 by bringing the Girl Scout cookies to the event and selling them.
The comedian called on his co-stars to help his daughter do well in the competition of Girl Scout cookie season. He said (viaPEOPLE):
“I want you to reach into your millionaire pockets and I want you to buy some of my daughter’s girl scout cookies. Are we going to deny my princesses from cookies? Alright, Tina Fey, get that money, girl. Charlize Theron, yes. Matt Damon, yes. Leo, you made $30 million—come on!”
Apart from Cavill, the likes of Morgan Freeman,Batman Beginsstar Chris Evans (another hungry superhero), and Olivia Munn were all spotted enjoying cookies on the night.
