The highly anticipated game is expected to launch in 2025, over ten years after the release ofGrand Theft Auto V.
According toVariety, the first trailer forGrand Theft Auto VIhas surpassed the previous record for the most views on a non-music video on YouTube held by Mr. Beast’sEvery Country On Earth Fights for $250,000,which was uploaded on August 21, 2025. Leo Olebe, head of YouTube Gaming globally, stated.
