Dwayne Johnson Previously Helped Homeless UFC Fighter
Earlier this year, a tweet from UFC fighter Gorimbo garnered the attention of the WWE superstar. In his tweet, Gorimbo candidly shared his challenges of having just $7 in his bank account. After reading his post, Dwayne Johnson was moved by his story, recognizing similarities in their experiences.
Since that time, the star ofThe Scorpion Kinghas had multiple encounters with him. In an act of generosity, he stunned him with a new home. Due to his financial hardships, Gorimbo had been unable to purchase a place of his own and had been sleeping on a couch, saving money to support his family in Zimbabwe.
Dwayne Johnson took to Instagram and posted a video featuring Gorimbo during an interview. The Rock made a surprise appearance during the interview, and in the video, the UFC fighter warmly embraced the actor upon seeing him. Johnson then escorted him to reveal the new home he had purchased for Gorimbo.
