Talking about the most impressive character physiques ever,Wolverinewould surely find its way to the top. Back in 2014,Hugh Jackmanrevealed the shocking transformation process he had to undergo to achieve the desired look. The most important part was being in shape all the time, as it was easier to be in shape than to get back in shape. DescribingWolverineas an absolutely physically demanding role, he revealed his brutal dehydration regime,

“I find out the date which is the shirt off thing, and it’s about a three-month runup. You gotta be in pretty good shape, but the three months before is very specific. You increase your water intake… you have about 10 liters of water, which is, what is that, three gallons of water a day. Then you stop about 36 hours before you shoot, but because you’ve drunk so much water you are peeing all the time.”
Joking about going halfway to death for achieving the look, Jackman warned the audience to never try it on their own. While it is true that these physiques could be misleading for some, fans couldn’t help but applaud Hugh Jackman for his aesthetic yet dire transformation.
