To get Least Expected in Baldur’s Gate 3 you need to find your way into theGauntlet of Sharand discover the Gilded Chest hiding behind a large table/pedestal. The gilded chest isn’t too far inside the temple space. You’ll need to get past the puzzle at the entrance, which is very easy to do if you have a character with the Misty Step spell. Simply teleport one of your characters over to the gem pedestal in front of the Shar statue and interact with it.

After exploring this area you can move through the hallway to the north, which will bring you into another large open space. After walking through the entrance, head immediately to your left.
