The Venom Pillar kanabo is one such item that you can acquire by exploring the world.

How To Find the Venom Pillar Kanabo in Assassin’s Creed Shadows
You first have to visit the Omi region of the map, which has a recommended level of 23. So, make sure you’re around this level when traversing this area. If you’re at a much lower level, the enemies here may be too challenging to fight. Once you’re in the Omi location, head to the far western end of the region until you discover a location named Kajimiya Cemetery. It’s on Mount Hiei.
Once you’re in the cemetery, look behind some of the rocks there to discover a Legendary Chest. Interact with the chest, and you’ll receive the legendary kanabo, Venom Pillar.

How To Use the Venom Pillar Kanabo in AC Shadows
The Venom Pillar kanabo comes with an engraving that allows Yasuke to instantly charge his posture attacks by alternating between different attack types. What that means is you won’t need to hold down the light or heavy posture attack buttons for quite as long to unleash these brutal strikes. This gives the enemy less time to react or attack you before you can deal significant damage to them with your posture attacks.
The kanabo also supports an additional engraving. You can choose any from a list of engravings you have already unlocked. The blacksmith at your hideout can apply this engraving to the Venom Pillar.
