But there’s one other achievement he has been able to reach out of the time invested in playing the billionaire.

During an appearance onThe Howard Stern Showback in 2016, theTropic Thunderstar made quite the revelation regarding a ‘free pass’ that he got from his wife Susan Downey for Gwyneth Paltrow.
Downey Jr. also hinted that his wife had given him the thumbs to“makeout with her onscreen”–
“My free pass is – because her and Susan are such good friends – is Paltrow. I gotta get her back in these movies so I can make out with her onscreen again.”
During the time, the 57-year-old actor had last appeared as Iron Man inCaptain America: Civil War, which saw the absence of his love interest in the movie. Downey Jr. was furthered questioned whether his wife gets jealous of his onscreen romance with Paltrow, to which his response was-
“She could care less.”
That’s quite the arrangement that the three have, and there’s pretty much nothing to worry about if Susan Downey and Gwyneth Paltrow are friends!
