In an interview with The Guardian, the 78-year-old actor revealed that the only reason that he picked upAnt-Manback in 2015 was so that he could do a green-screen movie. In a wholesome speech, the actor felt glad that he was doing a children’s movie and not another r-rated film.

“That was one of the reasons to do Ant-Man, other than I had never done a green screen-type movie. Most of my films have been R-rated – for adults only. I get a big kick out of having these kids pulling on my jacket, saying: “Hank Pym! Ant-Man!” It’s as close to immortality an actor can get.”

With his reprising role, Michael Douglas appeared on the big screens once again with the role of Hank Pym inAnt-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.The movie that kickstarted Phase 5 of the MCU is currently screening in theaters across the world.
