Dwayne Johnson announced his DC exit sharing that the anti-hero is not in the initial plans for the new DCU. Although theRed Noticestar has declared his departure from the DC universe, there are still questions regarding the other characters introduced in the 2022 film.

Along with the anti-hero, the 2022 film also introduced the Justice Society of America. The team consisted of Hawkman, Doctor Fate, Cyclone, and Atom Smasher. Followed by its release, reports started suggesting that these characters would be seen more in the future of the DCU and could even get their solo series. Atom Smasher actor Noah Centineo addressed the topic in his recent interview.

Noah Centineo Talks About James Gunn’s New DCU
James Gunnearlier announced that he would be releasing his plans for the first phase of DC in 2023, and fans are eagerly waiting for it. In the midst of all this,Noah Centineoaddressed the changes taking place under theSuicide Squaddirector and also talked about Dwayne Johnson’s DC exit.

While he said that he does not really know what the new CEOs are planning for DC’s future, he said that he is“psyched to see what they do with the DC world.”The Perfect Datestar said that he is looking forward to seeing what James Gunn and Peter Safran have in store for the new DCU.
“I’m just really excited to see Peter Safran and James Gunn‘s vision for DC, those guys, they know what they’re doing. So, we’ll give it to him. I’m excited.”

Black Adamintroduced the Justice Society of America. The new superhero team received a positive response, and the leader portrayed by, Aldis Hodge was reportedly getting a new spin-off series for Hawkman.
However, things have been uncertain since Dwayne Johnson announced his departure from the DC. James Gunn and Peter Safran have yet not revealed their DCU plan. Considering that theBlack Adamhas been put to rest, the other characters could also face the same fate.

However, the new CEO has also said that he is not planning to recast every character, so there could be a possibility that the Justice Society of America would join his plan in the future.

Noah Centineo Enjoyed Working With Dwayne Johnson
Noah Centineo also shared his experience working as Atom Smasher inBlack Adam. He shared that he“had such a wonderful time making that movie.”Centineo shared that he loved working on the film and everyone felt like a“family”to him.
Centineo also talked about working with The Rock. TheSwipedstar said,“He set the tone, and not just the cast, but everyone involved in it. We were constantly going to dinners and spending time with each other.”
Noah Centineo said that it’s an experience he would never forget. He portrayed the DC superhero Atom Smasher inBlack Adam. Considering Centineo’s statement, it’s safe to assume that she probably isn’t acquainted with James Gunn’s new plans for the DCU. James Gunn and Peter Safran are expected to release their new DCU plan soon.
