Netflix’sOne PieceLive-Action raised the bar for how manga and anime should be adapted into TV shows. It was a resounding success and has already been renewed for a second season by Netflix.

Matt Owens Had a Special Purpose for Adding Easter Eggs inOne PieceLive-Action
Prior toOne PieceLive-Action, fans never had huge expectations from movie or TV show adaptions of their favorite manga and anime.
However, Matt Owens and co. did a fantastic job of providing fans with a phenomenal season opener of the ever-so-popular series. Owens recently revealed the reason behind including bounty posters as Easter Eggs in aReddit ‘ask me anything’ sessionwith fans.

Easter eggs were such a fun part of the show! I loved talking to different departments to plant as much as we could. My favorite is probably the bounty posters that fill the world. I looked back at pirates who we know were operating at this time in the story and what their bounties would be. It helps sell other pirates to newcomers and are fun details for fans who know who they are. Not all of the ones we made got shown on screen, so be on the lookout for more next season!
So, fellowOne Piecefans, be sure to be on the lookout for more bounty posters placed neatly in the background during season 2 of the series.
