Following Cate Blanchett’s recent visit to the Disneyland resort, the God of Thunder didn’t back away from the opportunity of providing some entertainment. The actor went on to joke about being still mad over Cate Blanchett for breaking his Mjolnir, referring to the moment when Hela breaks Thor’s Mjolnir in the film.

Over the years Chris Hemsworth has been pretty vocal about the respect and appreciation he shares for his Marvel co-stars and also has expressed his love for Cate Blanchett’s skill and work ethic. During his appearance on a Youtube channel calledWired, the actor opened up about his appreciation for Blanchett and revealed that theTáractress was his favorite actress. He said,

“Ooh the pressure. Cate Blanchett, I worked with on ‘Ragnarok’. It’s pretty hard to go by, you know, being an Australian, a fellow Aussie, someone I’ve looked up to for many years, many years, and has its been in some of my favorite films, played some of the best characters on screen and continues to do it with such grace and integrity and has a wonderful sense of humor. She’s brilliant.”
