The Avengersstar Jeremy Renner has been sharing positive news about his recovery on his social media account. On Wednesday, the actor posted another update about his health ten months after a snow plow ran him over in January, crushing several bones in his body.

Renner also previously shared that he went under several surgeries and physical therapies to help him regain his strength and repair damaged parts of his body.

Jeremy Renner Wows Fans And Friends From The Industry With His Latest Health Update
On hisInstagramaccount,Jeremy Rennerposted a video of himself running down a steep hill while doing a slow jog and a side-to-side shuffle up and down exercise. He wrote in the caption:
“Today marks the day on 10 months of recovery. First attempt at any of this activity (especially at steep grade) and was brought to tears of joy, hopefulness, and gratitude for all your support along with my family and friends. I keep pushing for many reasons, but you are my fuel.”

Many fans and friends in the industry congratulated the actor, including British adventurer and television presenterBear Grylls. He wrote in the comment section, “Never give up! So amazing!” as a salute to Renner’s drive to full recovery.

Renner recently shared with the public all the procedures he went through over the past ten months of medication. He stated:
“I have been exploring EVERY type of therapy since Jan 14th. Every day, countless hours of physical therapy, peptide injections, IV drips and pushes, stem cell and exosomes, red light / IR therapy, hyperbaric chamber 2.0 atmospheres, cold plunge, and the list goes on and on.”

But for the actor, his greatest battle lives within his mind and his will to live. Renner felt he needed to “be exceptional” because he thought it was his duty. “Not to squander my life being spared, but to give back to my family, friends, and all of you whom have empowered me to endure,” he added.
In his podcast interview with Diane Sawyer (viaVariety), he mentioned he had “eight ribs broken in 14 places. Right knee, right ankle broken, left leg tibia broken, left ankle broken, right clavicle broken, right shoulder broken. Face, eye socket, jaw, mandible broken. Lung collapsed. Pierced from the rib bone, liver.” The actor was conscious pretty much the entire ordeal.

Jeremy Renner Feels Happy He Could Walk Again
In his interview viaCNN, Jeremy Renner said he feels lucky that he is now able to walk freely and live his life as normal as possible. TheHawkeyestar said:
“I just feel very blessed and very lucky to be upright and walk around and to live life. I’m very, very clear. My life is really lean, if that makes sense. There’s no fat in my life anymore. I don’t have time for that. So, there’s something really beautiful about having that superpower.”
The accident was a life-changing event for Renner, which made him realize the value of family. He continued:
“I was really clear about how I want to spend my time, and who I want to spend my time with. This to me feels like family, sort of lifestyle things we talk about all the time. And then we have the spirit itself, it’s much more the shared experience. And that, to me, is where I want to spend my time.”
Now that Renner has regained mobility, he reiterates that it is all a “mental game,” and he is very grateful for all the support he has been receiving from fans and friends throughout the year.
