The Boyswill be back in town in 2024, as they dropped a trailer for the 4th season that will continue the next chapter of our favorite characters like Homelander, Butcher, Soldier Boy, Starlight, and many more. While the task is not easy, Prime Video’s popular show always outdoes itself, which is an impressive task in itself and it looks like the same will repeat for the 4th season as well.
As the trailer for the 4th season dropped, it was evident that the new season would continue from the events of the 3rd season’s finale. While most of the old faces from the show will be returning for the fourth season, it looks like there will be the introduction of some new characters in the upcoming season ofThe Boys.The trailer featured Jeffrey Dean Morgan who will be playing a mysterious character and fans are confident that he will have some superpowers.

As fans, who have already watched the trailer forThe Boys’upcoming season, they will notice some new faces includingJeffrey Dean Morgan. The first look of the character showcases him greetingKarl Urban’sButcher with a smile on his face. Later in the trailer, Morgan’s character is seen having a drink with Butcher and making fun of his team’s name, asking“Who came up with this s***”.
The actor’s presence and his association with Butcher showcase that he will play an impactful role in the 4th season, while theSupernaturalactor’s presence was not hidden in the show his character was hidden, as we don’t know which character he is supposed to play from the comics. However, there is speculation that he might play the role of Malchemical or Godolkin.
As perScreen Rant, Jeffrey Dean Morgan might play the role of Malchemical, as it is the“one that stands out.”Moreover, the character’s personality will go perfectly with the actor, as he has played a similar role inThe Walking Dead. Since Malchemical is a sadistic shapeshifter who often uses his powers to hurt others, the role would be second nature to Morgan because of his experience of playing such roles.
Another diabolical character that theWatchmenactor might play will be Godolkin, who has pedophilic tendencies, but that option is ruled out as it’s a villainous figure, but in the trailer, both of them were bonding. Perhaps, Morgan would play an ordinary character, who would might receive temporary superpowers after he drinks the prototype serum, that Butcher and Hughie Campbell received in the 3rd season. The Cast ofThe BoysSeason 04
The newest trailer of the TV Series showcases a lot of old faces from the previous season. The main cast consisting of Karl Urban’s Butcher, Jack Quaid’s Hughie Campbell, Erin Moriarty’s Starlight, andAnthony Starr’sHomelander will be returning for the upcoming season. Moreover, it is also possible that Jensen Ackles will also return to reprise his role of Soldier Boy.
Supporting cast members such as Laz Alonso, Tomer Capon, Karen Fukuhara, Chace Crawford, Jessie T. Usher, Dominique McElligott, Colby Minifie, and Claudia Doumit would also return. Nathan Mitchell would also return to reprise the role of a new version of Black Noir.
