According to sources, the affair took place in 1996 while the star’s family was on vacation and he had stayed behind owing to a prior film commitment. The secret liason did not end there as Baena gave birth to a child Joseph Baena just days after Maria Shriver delivered her son Christopher to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The affair was kept under wraps until 2011 when theLos Angeles Timesfirst uncovered the story. With Arnold Schwarzenegger’s dirty linen aired in public, his love child Joseph Baena’s identity and his relationship with theTerminatoractor were further confirmed by the star himself when he decided to address the affair rumors surrounding his marriage toMaria Shriver.
