Venom stands tall as one of the most iconic characters to come out of Marvel Comics. The alien symbiote is distinct and memorable when put up against others and it represents something different for every person he goes up against. With Eddie Brock, they share a codependent relationship, whereas, for Peter Parker, it is one of self-destruction and darkness. Regardless of this, there is no doubt that fans absolutely adore this character, both as the protagonist and a villain, and have been wanting to see him feature in the MCU ever since the character of Peter Parker was introduced.

When Tom Hardy’s Venom entered the scene, fans had expectations that eventually he would exit Sony’s Spider-Man Universe, into the Marvel Cinematic Universe and feature alongside Tom Holland’sSpider-Man.The most recent film to feature these two characters wasSpider-Man: No Way Home, which teased exactly this, however, not to much avail. This character has already teased his entry into the franchise after appearing in a post-credit scene inSpider-Man: No Way Home, where the symbiote left behind a small part of himself in Earth-99999.
This could be the perfect opportunity, not only for the introduction of Hardy’s Eddie Brock into the MCU but also for the plotline of Peter Parker being under the control of Venom. With this, it can also be expected that characters from the SUMC may an appearance in the sixth Avengers film, to help fight the biggest bad that The Avengers have gone up against, Kang the Conqueror.
