MCU is slowly building its theme toward theAvengers 5phenomenon. Marvel is setting up its characters for the major event, introducing new heroes and villains, and preparing the already existing ones, and for this, the franchise would require a huge roster of heroes to face the events to come inSecret Wars.
The Avengers, the Fantastic Four (in development), and the X-Men which are getting rebooted will play a major role in the upcoming scenarios ofSecret Warson Battleworld.

Loki And Sylvie’s Return InAvengers 5?
The main antagonist ofSecret Warsis said to be Kang the Conqueror, who is a variant of He Who Remains whom Loki and Sylvie fought and defeated in the TVA – Time Variance Authority. So up to a point, Loki and Sylvie are responsible for causing the multiversal war and chaos and would most likely return to make amends.
Loki and Sylvie might have to fight Kang the Conqueror standing side-by-side with Earth’s mightiest heroes in a redemption arc to end all redemption arcs. Though with the current size and capabilities of the heroes winning against the one who can travel through time does not seem easy.

Lokiseason 2 which is scheduled to debut in mid-2023 will consist of 6 episodes. Development for the second season was already started in late 2020, pre-production began by end of April 2022 and post-production has already begun.Lokiseason 2 will be considered a part of Phase Five of the MCU.
Avengers: Secret WarsHitting Theatres By 2026
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumaniawill be the first movie in Phase Five to kick off the Multiverse Saga. Scott Lang, while in the Quantum Realm stumbled upon Kang where he was stuck. Kang is seen as a master planner and with his epic and cunning ideas and plans it wouldn’t be impossible for him to destroy the Avengers.

It has been speculated that Scott Lang, the Ant-Man might meet his end while fighting one of the most feared villains of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This may also set the scene for young Cassie Lang to take up the mantle of a superhero as she was already seen wearing a superhero costume in the trailers.
Avengers: The Kang DynastyandAvengers: Secret Warsare the highlight movies to wrap up Phase Six. The information about this phase is so thin that every prediction appears to be a rumor. Nevertheless, the Avengers led by Sam Wilson as Captain America and many others will face off against Kang resulting in either world peace or utter destruction.
Avengers: The Kang Dynastyis expected to be in theatres on 17 June 2025.
