A year later, reminiscing about the success ofRuben Fleischer‘s 2022 video game adaptationUncharted, producer Charles Roven discussed the possibility of a sequel. Teasing fans’ demands and sparking hope among the audience, the film producer spoke about his plans for a second installment, during an interview withThe Hollywood Reporter.

Asked about his interest in anUnchartedsequel,Charles Rovenwas quick to admit having thought about the possibility. Reflecting upon the impressive box office run, especially during the unstable time of the pandemic, Roven mentioned, “We had a really good time with that movie.”
