If the Curse of Ymir actually existed, the fans have always pondered upon this one simple question: has the curse been lifted after Ymir’s release?
Ymir was offered freedom in exchange for her supreme power by Eren. Sue accepted the offer, which brought fans to question whether Ymir was actually free. And if she was free, then it implied that the curse was lifted as well.
