Logan Paul has had a successful business venture aside from his career as a popular YouTuber and a new member signed on to WWE. His joint business venture with fellow friend and YouTuber KSI on their energy drink called PRIME Hydration has been an incredibly profitable one that consumers cannot get enough of. There has been a high demand for the drink since it launched in January 2022. The drink and its profits are shared between the two friends and a company called Congo Brands where they own 20% of the company’s shares. Due to this, recently rumors began to surface that the two YouTubers were just cashing on the profits of PRIME and did not participate in the development of the product from its initial stage.
Logan Paul’s Comments Regarding Claims of Not Being Founders of Prime
In a recent episode of his hit podcastImpaulsive,Logan Pauldismissed the ongoing rumors of him and KSI not being legitimate founders of PRIME and those who were doubtful of their contribution to the brand. He explains how the concept of the brand came to him saying,
“People think we were picked to represent this product that already existed. Yo, y’all are dumb as hell. This is a ground-up, from the basement operation…I remember thinking, ‘Prime is so cool.’ You’re in your prime, you’re primed up. Short and sweet, PRIME. It sticks out”
He also laid out how he conceptualized the brand’s logo and how he impressed the higher-ups of the partnering company regarding his pitch for the brand and its potential.

Logan Paul and KSI Co-Own PRIME with Congo Brands
Logan Paul and KSI are part owners of PRIME with Kentucky-based firm Congo Brands. The people at Congo Brands handle the distribution and operation of production while Paul and KSI handle the marketing and promotions of the brand. Thus, the two YouTubers are legitimate owners of the brand, and they help bring demand and awareness of the brand through their social media and YouTube followers and boost sales of the brand. By 2023, he is estimated to earn a whopping $5 billion through his share of the company and the profits made, as revealed by him in aninterview.
