1. Glimpse of Roger Pirates’ Jolly Roger
The trailer forNetflix’slive-action also started with the iconic scene of Gol D. Roger’s execution and his powerful words. In one of the scenes during his execution, there is a close-up frame that zooms on the Jolly Roger of the Roger Pirates on the back of his coat. Netflix really adapted the Jolly Roger design excellently.
2. Star-Studded Cameos During Roger’s Execution
The live-action also started with Roger’s execution in Logue Town, similar to the anime and the manga. This is one of the most prominent scenes in the entire series. A lot of significant characters were present during this execution, which included Mihawk, Shanks, Buggy, Monkey D. Dragon, Smoker, etc. The live-action portrayed the younger version of these characters really well.

3. Oro Jackson – Roger Pirates Ship

A lot of viewers must have completely watched past the scene without noticing it. Oro Jackson is considered to be one of the best ships in the One Piece world.

4. Chouchou the Dog
One of the most adorable characters fromOne Pieceappears for a short period of time in the episodes. Chouchou has a much more intricate story that delves into the pup defending its owner’s store after he’s killed in Orange Town.

There are several wanted posters in Shells Town and they subtly show the faces of future antagonists in the show like Foxy the Silver Fox, Jango, the former captain and previous first mate of the Black Cat Pirates, and Bellamy the Hyena, the captain of the Bellamy Pirates.
